Barbequed Steelhead"
I thought the sound of barbequed
fish was unappealing until we had this. Take fillets and cut them
into bite-sized pieces. Take a strip of bacon cut in half and
wrap it around the fish piece. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
Place aluminum foil on a medium hot grill cut weep holes. Place
bacon wrapped fish on grill and grill until bacon is cooked. Add
your favorite Barbeque sauce during the last 3-5 minutes of cooking.
